CNBC Broadcast: Financial Markets Manipulated By Washington?
(Hat tip, Signs Of The Times):
From CNBC feed out of Chicago this past Monday (2 minutes in):
Sphere: Related ContentSecretsOfTraders.com’s Larry Levin: This market continues to be propped-up by government intervention, and manipulation, and, unfortunately, as that continues to happen, I think this market can go higher. The government’s been doing a good job of keeping it that way no matter what the real underlying current is, unfortunately…
You’re gonna have to… right on Obama and his staff as basically trying to prop this market up on a daily basis. They’re doing a good job…
But it really is a situation where, every single day, we have some kind of backstop from the government. I mean, these markets are not free markets anymore. You know, this whole year has been absolutely ridiculous…
CNBC’s Rick Santelli: Well, I think Larry’s doing a darn good job. I tend to agree with most of what he’s saying…

How can I see your site state …”no comments yet” ?
Heck, CNBC attractive english bird is grounds enough for loads of comment.
Oh…some of you maybe expected comment on the markets or whatnot. I thought CNBCs analysts had it basically right. They smelled a Government gone bad. Let’s make that an Obama Government gone bad.
What in this picture in not a surprise. Obama didn’t have any real world business experience under his belt. His mantra was basically we are all special and if we hold hands and humm or something…all will work out. And if it doesn’t work …well then, Obama has the full backing of his sponsor Goldman Sacks to manipulate the markets to make his fairy tales come true. That’s the U.S. we find outselves in today. Are you enjoying it.
Hey, I didn’t vote for him (I smelled a rat back in October when he came out strongly for TARP). So don’t expect any sympathy or apologies from me.

The SEC may be finally doing something proactive. Just read SEC requested a copy of STOCK SHOCK–new movie about market manipulation. http://satwaves.com/blog/2009/06/26/sec-investigating-illegal-naked-short-selling/
Very good flick and explains stock market manipulation as well. Stock Shock is at amazon.com and elsewhere.
